Halloween Dress Up

The day before Halloween all students were invited to come out and dress up the horse they ride. Students worked in teams for 45 minutes dressing up their horses and ponies. All horses met in the arena where my Mom (the judge) took a good look at them all, and gave each student a prize. After the class all the teams had to take their horses back in the barn and take all the stuff off, pick their feet and a quick brush down. Then they could come back in the arena where we had hot dogs, pop and some munches. Parents were welcome and we even had some grandparents attend. Horses also got their treat for being so patient and awesome. This was given to Aspen Acres students

A Special Visit

Robert and Deb brought their big friendly giants over to Aspen Acres for an afternoon. They gave students and friends a very memorable time by taking everyone for a ride in their horse drawn wagon.
